Dr Jardin Taha is a home grown local, experienced General Practitioner and accomplished medical educator. He started his career at Gold Coast University Hospital before completing his General Practice Fellowship and Diploma of Child Health. Jardin has extensive experience in rural and remote medicine, working at Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) and Tamborine Mountain for over five years before relocating back to the GC following the birth of his second child in 2021.

While Jardin maintains a keen interest in Paediatrics, Chronic Disease, Gastroenterology, Men’s and Women’s Health, he also embraces the full spectrum of family medicine.

When he is not kicking a footy at the park or attending to General Practice patients at Burleigh, Jardin holds several part-time roles in other sectors. These include serving as a Medical Educator for RACGP, acting as a General Practitioner Lead for the Gold Coast Primary Health Network, and collaborating with Sonic HealthPlus and the Australian Defence Force.
