Dr Emily McCallum trained in Australia, completing a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) at the University of Queensland in 2007 before going on to complete a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland in 2011. She worked as an intern and junior doctor at Ipswich Hospital from 2012-2013 and undertook general practice training whilst working in the Ipswich region from 2014-2018. Dr Emily McCallum now works as a general practitioner at Tweed Health for Everyone Superclinic in Tweed Heads South. Her interest areas include Paediatrics, Geriatrics and Chronic Disease Management. When not seeing patients, Dr Emily McCallum can be found spending time at the beach and catching up with family and friends.
